Setting Email Notifications for My Alerts

Once you set up your alert preferences for email notifications, any new record will be emailed to you as soon as we get the update from the carrier.
What are the alerts telling me?
Name of Alert | System Config | Who can see these |
ETD/ETA Changes | The # of day tolerance of this alert is in you Admin Settings. If the shipment has an ETD or ETA change beyond your tolerance, a record will be created. This will be checked against the original Schedule with the carrier and is updated by the carrier | All Companies. |
Delayed Arrival | Any shipment that has a delayed ETA will create a record. This Alert is recommended as the "Danger Will Robinson" alert. | All Companies |
Customs Pending | When a Brokerage File is created it will appear in this Alert. | CHB Customers only |
Pending OBL | Any shipment that is not guided by an EBL will show in this Alert until the OBL is surrendered or the Telex Release is provided by the Shipper | All Forwarding Customers |
Pinned Shipments | These are shipments marked "Hot" by the company. | All Companies - no email notificaitons |
Containers Not Outgated | Containers that have not Outgated last Port/Ramp by the LFD. Pre-Notification is guided by System Admin settings in Your Admin Settings. | ask [email protected] |
Container in DeMurrage | Containers that do not have an Outgate by the LFD | Drayage Customers Only |
Containers in PerDiem | Containers that have not returned to port by the Empty Return by Date | Drayage Customers Only |
