My Profile

Once you have logged into WorldScope, please access your profile to let us know your preferences for communication and Notification of Alerts.

To access your Profile, at the top right-hand corner of the page you will see your initials & the company you are logged into. Next to this is a drop down. Click the drop down and select MyProfile.  

Roles:

Please set you preferences to how you want to have us communicate to you – updates, news etc.

Alerts / Preferred Notification Channels:

Please see below Alerts and which service they are related to.

• Pinned Shipments – formerly Hot Shipments
• ETD/ETA Changed – This is controlled by your Admin Settings
• Last Free Day (to be renamed Containers Not Outgated) - This is controlled by your Admin Settings. Pre-Alert based upon days before Storage Starts.
• Pending OBL - Pending Surrender of Original or receipt of Telex Release
• Onboard – Container on board this week
• Delayed Arrival – Container will be delayed based upon current ETA.
• Customs Pending – CHB Customers only.
• Shipment Rolls – specialized alert. Ask your Account Manager
• Containers in Per Diem – Drayage Customer only alert
• Containers in Demurrage
